To ensure that we use only the hottest chillies, the Raj Express grows it’s own supply of chillies, used in all our dishes, at our head office premises. From here they are sun-dried in the traditional manner and dispersed to our various branches for use in our dishes.
The Raj Express has it’s own herd of cows, that supply us with the milk that used in our dishes. We go the extra mile for our cows, to ensure that the milk they provide us with is extra creamy, rich and delicious!
The Raj Express was the first restaurant to introduce the Tandoor clay oven to Southern Africa. This delicious form of cooking took the market by storm and is now a very popular cooking trend across the Southern Continent.
